Using the Mobisys MSB App, you can process out mobileSAP applications on an Android device, which were previouslycreated with the Mobisys Solution Builder (MSB) and which areavailable in your SAP system. The mobile applications have beenrealized in the SAP system using a graphical screen designer tool(Mobisys Screen Designer) and by means of ABAP programming. Duringconfiguration of the MSB App, you first configure the connection toan SAP system and to the mobile application. You log on to the SAPsystem with your SAP user credentials, which must be activated formobile applications. After this, you can use theapplication-specific menu to call the sub-menus and processindividual transactions. The transactions are not limited to thedisplay of data from the SAP system. Instead, the postings andchanges made can be carried out individually for each applicationand according to the authorizations defined in the SAP system.Besides the display and input elements, the following functions arealso supported: • Scanning of barcodes with the camera • Output ofsounds for errors, warnings or information messages • Camerafunction and transfer of photos to the SAP system • GPS functionand transfer of geo-coordinates to the SAP system • Entry of datawithout permanent connection to an SAP system and subsequentsynchronization in offline applications

Using the Mobisys MSB 3 App, you canconnect SAP applications on an iPhone and iPad, which were createdwith the Mobisys Solution Builder (MSB) on your SAP system. Themobile applications have been realized in the SAP system using agraphical screen designer tool (Mobisys Screen Designer) and bymeans of ABAP programming. MSB 3 has been optimized to run with MSBRuntime 600 und MSD 5. It offers Theming, Icon Libraries, modernFonts, PDF Component, LTA Event and much more. During configurationof the MSB App, the wizard will guide you through the requiredparameters for the connection to your SAP system. You log on to theSAP system with your user master data, which must be activated formobile applications. You will also have to specify the SAPapplication you would like to use. This means that thesession remains active; the same applies if the connection is lostin the interim and needs to be re-established. Prerequisites: • TheSAP Add-on “Mobisys Solution Builder” (MSB) (6.0 or higherrecommended) is installed, configured, and licensed in your SAPsystem. • The SAP system is accessible via a wireless LAN or aGSM/UMTS communications connection with TLS 1.2 enabled (forexample, via the SAP Web Dispatcher). • There is at least onemobile MSB application in the SAP system. • The connection of theiPhone or iPad is licensed and activated in MSB Device Managementusing the defined device ID. • The user logging on is activated inthe SAP system.

Use the MSB FIVE App to connect to the MSB FIVE Add-On on your SAPsystem. Test the example processes by connecting to our demoserver. In Step 4 of the Device Wizard – The connection tests willfail with the error message "The device ID xxxxxxx is not enabledin MSB Device Management" due to security reasons. After we haveactivated your device you can login and test the demo processes.
